A bit about you: 

  • You have 5-7years specific to strategic planning, with added buying experience .
  • You bring a deep 360-degree understanding of media planning and buying disciplines to the table, specifically digital, broadcast, out of home, and print.
  • Youhave a proven ability to lead teams through the media planning process, and proven knowledge of media planning and research tools and resources. 
  • You hang your diplomaor degree high, with an educational background in a related field (media, advertising, marketing) or equivalent work experience. 
  • You have experience in managing and developing staff with your strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • You’re known for your ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • You exhibit exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Online Marketing at Media Experts is in steady growth and we are looking to expand our team of Search Marketing Systems experts. The Coordinator, Search Marketing Systems will be an integral member of the Search Experts™ team, work closely with our Digital Media Systems and Planning Teams and be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist on all administrative functions of the Search Marketing Systems department. These may include proof of purchase reports, reconciling campaigns, media purchase authorizations, budget pacing reports and more.
  • Help Analysts (PPC and SEO) with keyword research, creative writing, ad copy testing, day-to-day management of pay per click campaigns, optimization implementations, data analysis, reporting, power point presentations, local listings management, other media integration and more.

Administrator, Operational Systems

We are actively seeking to hire an Administrator, Operational Systems, to join our Montreal office. In a nutshell, the responsibilities include preparing monthly client billing, client financial reporting, and liaising between planning, local finance, and our shared services offices.

 

A bit about the role 

  • Prepare monthly client billing summaries for planner’s approval
  • Issue approved billing summary to SSC and approve drafts
  • Control all MPA flow
  • Provide quality control pertaining to media estimates
  • Set up and maintain fee and/or JOB dockets for timesheets, fee billing
  • Liaise with client and planning teams on any PO issues, billing issues as well as with vendors pertaining to Account Payable issues
  • Utilize and run appropriate time related reports and client expenditure reports
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects that pertain to client expenditures and monthly BCRs

 

A bit about you: 

  • You have a post-secondary education, most likely a University/College degree in Finance or Accounting
  • You are fluently bilingual in French and English (written and verbal skills)
  • You are a rock star in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills.

SENIOR DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNER

We are actively seeking to hire a Senior Digital Media Planner to join our Montreal office. In a nutshell, the role is to manage our holistic digital media planning product through preparing and presenting media plans, proposals, and analysis. We need someone who can work as part of an integrated media planning team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions.  

 

A bit about the role 

  • You’ll help create digital strategies in collaboration with Media Experts’ Media Planning team 
  • You’ll work with vendor partners and Media Experts specialized business units on proposals for planning, negotiating and buying 
  • You’ll carry out competitive and digital research project, as well as be responsible for campaign budgets, monitoring, optimization, reporting and insights. 
  • You’ll conduct deep dives into data and using web analytics to provide recommendations.  
  • You’re constantly up to date with latest updates from major media partners (e.g. Google, Facebook). 
  • You’ve got a strong understanding of the digital planning and buying process in order to effectively anticipate and manage client expectations (e.g. accurate tagging, timely creative, etc.). 
  • You collaborate well with content creators to ensure effective management of the content development process 

 

A bit about you: 

  • You are a master at Microsoft Word 
  • You know DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Facebook Ad Manager and Power Editor like the back of your hand 
  • You’ll need to know how to use post Twitter Ads with flying colors 
  • You’re a star with Google AdWords: Display Network and YouTube 
  • You’ll impress us with your knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics [an asset – not required]
