XPETO is looking for a Coordinator, Programmatic Systems to join our dynamic team in Montreal. This is an entry level role fit for a very motivated graduate ready to enter the world of digital marketing. What you’d be doing day to day: 

  • Assist  by creating, innovating, and guiding the the programmatic process for top clients and help take programmatic media programs to the next level.
  • Ensure proper pacing of impression/click delivery for campaigns and delivery of reports to client
  • Work closely with the senior team members to contribute to the success of cross-channel programmatic client campaigns
  • Assist team with all executional aspects of the campaign management processes
  • Liaise between key internal groups on the account
  • Help in designing and delivering performance updates, business reviews, new audience-based programmatic solutions and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts
  • Generate supporting documentation for post campaign presentations and provide insights to teams
  • Support the programmatic systems lead in defining audience strategies and tactics to maximize economic outcomes within campaign limits

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma required
  • Experience in digital media across display, video, social and mobile an asset
  • Data analysis experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions

Senior Search Marketing Analyst (PPC)

We are actively searching for an Analyst, Search Marketing Systems (PPC), in our Toronto and Montreal offices. The ideal candidate will become an integral member of our Digital Media Systems team while also working closely with our customers and account teams.

What you’d be doing day-to-day:

 Online Marketing at Media Experts has skyrocketed in the past year and the company is looking to expand its team of Senior search marketing analysts.  The Senior Search Marketing Analyst (PPC) will be an integral member of the Online Team, working closely with our Tradigital account teams and be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop, implement, manage, optimize and report on Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns for various customers across a variety of online publishers including Google and BING.
  • Help lead and coach a team of analysts and coordinators, enforcing processes, driving strategy, and thought leadership.
  • Conduct keyword research, analysis, bucketing, and matching in order to develop quality keyword lists.
  • Effectively manage budgets for some of our most high-profile accounts.
  • Create promotional text ads for use with a variety of campaigns across different publishers.
  • Monitor and report on PPC campaign performance using Web Analytics Software and Bid Management Platforms.
  • Effectively optimize campaigns to drive performance improvements.
  • Devise creative and integrated strategies, develop A/B tests, and innovate to break through the clutter in the search results pages.
  • Communicate effectively with internal account teams (offline and online) in order to make sure integrated marketing campaigns preserve a 100% Tradigital approach.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in the Search Marketing industry in North America through constant research, article reading, webinars, and industry events.

We are actively seeking a Supervisor, Search Marketing Systems (PPC) in our Toronto and Montreal office who will become an integral member of our Digital Media Systems team while also working closely with our customers and account teams.

 

What you’d be doing day-to-day:

  • Lead, manage, supervise, motivate and mentor a team of Search Marketing Analysts and Coordinators.
  • Develop innovative SEM strategies that drive business results.
  • Understand customer needs, grow relationships and build trust.
  • Provide a team of Analysts and Coordinators with support in developing, implementing, managing, optimizing and reporting on Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns for various customers.
  • Perform quality control on all team outputs including reports, post analyses, campaign setups and any other customer deliverables according to Media Experts’ standards and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign budgets to make sure they are being managed properly by Analysts and Coordinators and that all reporting, launch and deliverable deadlines are being met.

Junior Financial Accounting Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Financial Accounting Analyst to join our team in Montreal’s burgeoning tech neighborhood, Mile Ex.

A bit about the role:

Reporting directly to the Financial Analyst, the role of the Junior Financial Analyst is to support and participate in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting process. This means collaborating with various team leads and members, and demonstrating strong organizational skills, an ability to meet tight deadlines, and working independently and within a team.  As such, the successful candidate will possess and exhibit a high degree of professionalism in their conduct and communications.

What you’d be doing day-to-day:

  • Working with the Shared Service G/L team to ensure all month-end provisions are properly booked, and all balance sheet accounts are reconciled appropriately with sufficient back-up.
  • Coordinating with local tax firm and Shared Service tax team all necessary tax filings (income tax, sales tax, etc.); prepare provisions as required for quarter-end/year-end close;
  • Preparing, investigating and resolving all variances by working with various team leads and Financial Accounting Analyst (e.g. current vs. forecast, current vs. prior years, quarter vs. quarter, etc.)
  • Monitoring client accounts receivable (A/R) aging and follow-up with shared services collections and/or client service teams to ensure receivable balances do not exceed contractual terms.
  • Liaising with client on any PO issues, billing issues, accounts receivable statements.
  • Liaising with suppliers on account payable issues.
  • Ensure internal tools, Hyperion and Vantage (SAP), schedules are loaded and consolidated appropriately.
  • Proactively present well-researched ideas to streamline and improve upon existing processes, and/or provide innovative analytical insights.
  • Utilizing accounting system to pull financial data to support the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting process, and
  • Assisting the Financial Analyst and the overall team as needed on ad-hoc projects and assignments which are within the scope of the role.

  • A post-secondary education – university/college graduate in Finance or Accounting, Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preference of being in process of obtaining an accounting designation.
  • Up to one year of experience in a similar finance role, preferably within a media agency, marketing, or advertising setting.
