We are actively seeking a full-time Digital Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the team with data entry, reporting, and reconciliation of media campaigns.

A bit about the role:

  • Offering administrative support for campaign reconciliation and invoice coding, billing and reporting.
  • Assisting with input / import of digital media invoices to prepare billing for our specialized business units (SBUs).
  • Confirming under deliveries with our media planners and SBUs.
  • Resolving campaign debits with the planners that are not in accordance with the media contract.
  • Coding media invoices with IO#s and transferring files to Shared Services.

XPETO is looking for a Coordinator, Programmatic Systems to join our dynamic team in Montreal. This is an entry level role fit for a very motivated graduate ready to enter the world of digital marketing. What you’d be doing day to day: 

  • Assist  by creating, innovating, and guiding the the programmatic process for top clients and help take programmatic media programs to the next level.
  • Ensure proper pacing of impression/click delivery for campaigns and delivery of reports to client
  • Work closely with the senior team members to contribute to the success of cross-channel programmatic client campaigns
  • Assist team with all executional aspects of the campaign management processes
  • Liaise between key internal groups on the account
  • Help in designing and delivering performance updates, business reviews, new audience-based programmatic solutions and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts
  • Generate supporting documentation for post campaign presentations and provide insights to teams
  • Support the programmatic systems lead in defining audience strategies and tactics to maximize economic outcomes within campaign limits

 

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma required
  • Experience in digital media across display, video, social and mobile an asset
  • Data analysis experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions

Media Audience Specialist

We are actively seeking a Media Audience Specialist in our Montreal office. The ideal candidate will become an integral member of our Digital Media Systems team while also working closely with our customers and account teams. 

 

 What you’d be doing day-to-day: 

  • Strategic ownership of agency portion of customer DMP and audiences. 
  • Proactive segment development within customers DMP’s. 
  • Work with Media Systems Design Director and Special Business Unit Leads to set strategic direction and priorities for audience targeting. 
  • Work with all stake holders to understand and identify opportunities for prospecting, cross-selling, upselling and retention. 
  • Optimize campaigns for delivery and performance, evaluate and develop segments for sales based on opportunity, revenue potential, scale, performance, competitive differentiation etc. 
  • Champion data integrations for customer and extend audience development beyond typical online channels. 
  • Work with BI, Analytics, and Research throughout campaign life cycle. 
  • Perform analysis on campaign performance and provide recommendations 
  • Manage data attributes/traits for media activation. 
  • Work to set strategic direction on key categories of data needed to maximize audience targeting. 
  • Develop consolidated cross-channel audience performance reporting to keep track of audience performance. 
  • Identify new and critical data attributes, e.g. consumer database attributes, client data, new partner data, offline-online data matching, cross-platform data matching. 
  • Own the dynamic creative strategy including dynamic creative platforms, audience triggers, optimization and reporting.

We are actively seeking a Senior Analyst, Search Marketing Systems (PPC), in our Montreal officeThe ideal candidate will become an integral member of our Digital Media Systems team while also working closely with our customers and account teams.  

 

What you’d be doing day-to-day: 

  • Help in leading and mentoring junior SEM Analysts & Coordinators. 
  • Providthought leadership and driving strategy for some of Canada’s top SEM accounts 
  • Perform ouput quality control (reports, post analyses, campaign setups, etc.). 
  • Monitor campaign budgets being managed by junior members to respect deadlines. 
  • Develop, implement, manage and optimize Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns for various customers across a variety of online publishers including Google and Bing Ads. 
  • Conduct keyword research, analysis, bucketing, and matching in order to develop quality keyword lists for both PPC and SEO purposes. 
  • Create promotional text ads for use with a variety of campaigns across different publishers and develop ad testing programs. 
  • Report on PPC campaign performance through the use of Web Analytics Software, Bid Management Platforms, Excel, Power Point and proprietary or 3rd party reporting tools.  
  • Help to develop, implement, analyze and communicate on PPC and SEO synergies. 
  • Participate in campaign briefings, meetings, presentations, and reporting calls. 
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in the Search Marketing industry in North America through constant research, article reading, webinars, and industry events.

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. 
  • Experience with DoubleClick Search, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and DCM is an asset. 
  • Google AdWords Advanced and BING Ads Certification required. 
  • Knowledge and experience in Paid Social Media Marketing is an asset.
