We are currently recruiting in either Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver for a Project Coordinator to join our multifaceted Project Management department.

 

What you’d be doing day to day:

  • Supporting our planning teams, product teams and specialized business units with set up, integration, and maintenance of campaign projects.  
  • Training new hires on how to use our project management system.
  • Assisting in setting up new teams in project management system.
  • Customizing solutions & templates to align with client specific elements.
  • Resource for ongoing support and finding solutions for planning teams.
  • Resource to managers, directors, supervisors for ongoing problem solving.
  • Supporting agile teams with sprint reviews, internal status, backlog refinement.
  • Assisting in set up and maintenance of internal status projects / portfolios.
  • Attending weekly team status meetings & supports portfolio updates as needed.
  • 1:1 session with team members who need addition training or assistance.
  • Some travel as needed to other offices to support and train staff.

 

 You’d be a perfect fit if you already have:

  • Post-secondary education in project management, media, advertising, communications, business administration or other relevant fields, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
  • Experience working with a media agency, familiarity with planning traditional or digital media considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of web-based technologies and project management systems (Asana, MS Teams).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication/presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Work in deadline and process driven environment.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

XPETO is looking for a Coordinator, Programmatic Systems to join our dynamic team in Toronto. What you’d be doing day to day: 

  • Assist  by creating, innovating, and guiding the the programmatic process for top clients and help take programmatic media programs to the next level.
  • Ensure proper pacing of impression/click delivery for campaigns and delivery of reports to client
  • Work closely with the senior team members to contribute to the success of cross-channel programmatic client campaigns
  • Assist team with all executional aspects of the campaign management processes
  • Liaise between key internal groups on the account
  • Help in designing and delivering performance updates, business reviews, new audience-based programmatic solutions and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts
  • Generate supporting documentation for post campaign presentations and provide insights to teams
  • Support the programmatic systems lead in defining audience strategies and tactics to maximize economic outcomes within campaign limits

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma required
  • Experience in digital media across display, video, social and mobile an asset
  • Data analysis experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions

Technology Expertise & Product Knowledge:

  • Become an expert in the use and best practices for multiple Demand Side Platforms, offering insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through deep use of each platform’s functionality.
  • Develop longer term solutions for clients including custom data management solutions, data solutions and work with clients and agencies to expand scope of services within client base to capture all possible opportunities arising from the audience platform approach.
  • Be a programmatic evangelist for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and further develop partnerships with DSP partners to ensure awareness of new features and address technical issues.

 

Team Leadership & Thought Leadership:

  • Lead a team of programmatic experts and ensure processes are clear and adhered to (including but not limited to methodology for tracking campaign delivery/performance, billing requirements, campaign wrap reports, and recommendations). 
  • Combine media market and technical knowledge, data analysis, and client feedback to help sell, develop, configure, operate, and optimize complex campaigns to meet client objectives. 
  • Act as a first point of escalation for programmatic-related issues around and not limited to campaign performance. Ensure issues are dealt with tact and in a timely manner. 

 

This position is for you if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital media account management with a leading online advertising agency, network, advertising exchange, or optimization firm, preferably in a client service-focused role. 
  • Experience with Google Display and Video 360 (DV360), Google Ads and other DSP’s / media buying platforms.
  • An understanding of ad networks, ad exchanges, DSPs, and/or auction marketplaces. 
  • An understanding of Data Management Platforms, including use cases and benefits
  • A strong knowledge of ad targeting methodologies. 
  • Fundamental knowledge of online media metrics and analysis.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data. 
  • An ability to investigate, analyze, and solve problems, and clearly communicate results. 
  • MS Office fluency, including Excel pivot tables & chart making. Experience with MS Access, VBA/Excel Macros, SQL, SAS or other data manipulation tools a strong plus. 
  • Experience in growing, managing, and inspiring internal teams; strong leadership and organizational skills. 
  • A handle on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment. 
  • A strong customer service mentality.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. 
  • Robust relationship skills, including the ability to participate in meetings and complete deliverables in a timely manner.

We are actively seeking an Analyst, Search Marketing Systems (PPC), in our Toronto and Montreal offices. The ideal candidate will become an integral member of our Digital Media Systems team while also working closely with our customers and account teams. 

What you’d be doing day-to-day: 

  • Develop, implement, manage, optimize and report on Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns for various customers across a variety of online publishers including Google and BING. 
  • Conduct keyword research, analysis, bucketing, and matching in order to develop quality keyword lists. 
  • Create promotional text ads for use with a variety of campaigns across different publishers. 
  • Monitor and report on PPC campaign performance through the use of Web Analytics Software, Bid Management Platforms. 
  • Effectively optimize campaigns to drive performance improvements. 
  • Devise creative and integrated strategies, develop A/B tests and innovate to break through the clutter in the search results pages.
