We are actively seeking a bilingual Senior Analyst, Search Marketing Systems (SEO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for refining / shaping our SEO service and executing client servicing and technical SEO deliverables. Their goal is to provide best in class SEO expertise and recommendations that drive organic performance.

Screaming Frog is your closest friend and it’s likely that you spend way too much time thinking / talking about “Semantic SEO”.

You don’t write code (although if you do, great!), but you can make sense of CSS and HTML and can communicate to developers in a language they understand.

You can speak to and make recommendations concerning page speed optimization, structured data implementation, information architecture, and semantically optimize content and internal linking. You know everything about all aspects of a website that impact SEO and what you don’t know you can figure out very quickly.

More than anything, you want to *grow*. You’re ready to take inventory of what SEO “looks like” currently for our clients and adapt based on what produces the highest ROI. You’re ready to start moving away from the technical weeds and start growing your skill set in team management and mentoring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop best in class deliverables/reporting to clients, from available technology platforms and services. Be an expert in SEO capabilities, ability to find best in class solutions for the clients and being up-to-date with the upcoming tools/tech solutions that would work for their overall digital media strategy.
  • Ensure consistency of SEO recommendations and objectives. Pull reports, prepare meaningful insights and recommendations and communicate these effectively in presentations.
  • Monitor the goals and KPI’s for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of recommendations.
  • Oversee the execution of the SEO strategy – regularly evaluate performance, proactively optimize, provide post reports and ensure flawless setup and digital activation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bi-lingualism is a *must*. Excellent French language skills, both written and spoken are required. Moderate-to-good English.
  • Post-secondary education – University graduate and/or advertising/marketing College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in SEO.
  • Proficient with various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources.
  • Passion for data, emerging media and technology. Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development. Client service oriented.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Assistant, Media Planner

Position Summary
The role of an Assistant Media Planner is to support the team with the preparation of media plans, recommendations, and analysis. This role requires you to work as part of an integrated media planning team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately maintain client records, media approval documentation, and media purchase contracts.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate campaign execution and performance.
  • Assist in solving/clearing billing discrepancies/queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure invoice information is collected and follow up with external suppliers to gather missing information as required.
  • Support the team with preparing and maintaining accurate and timely billing and budget control reporting.
  • Support the creation of campaign post reports.
  • Source proposals from media partners as required.
  • Assist with document creation: presentations, visual summaries, schedules and reports.
  • Assist the media planning team with developing costs and data collection for recommendations and analysis.
  • Maintain updated team status reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of media POVs/evaluations.
  • Coordinate and attend learning sessions with key media suppliers.
  • Develop proficiency with necessary media research tools, systems, and software.
  • Proactively develop knowledge of the media landscape.
  • Support the team on various client related projects as required.

Associate, Social

Position Summary
The role of the Associate is to support the initial campaign set up, campaign billing, administrative tasks, and reporting. Their goal is to support Spcialists to improve the quality and performance of all accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Social team with initial setup on a variety of campaigns via multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and other 3rd party platforms).
  • Assist the Social team with keeping track of upcoming campaigns and ensuring they launch as per the appropriate calendars.
  • Assist the Social team solving/clearing billing discrepancies or queries in a timely manner.
  • Work with the Social team to track, measure, and assist with analysis of post launch campaign activities.
  • Accurately maintain client records, media approval documentation, and media purchase contracts.
  • Assist the Social team with monitoring and maintaining campaign performance.
  • Support Specialists with sourcing proposals from media partners. Assist with document creation: presentations, visual summaries, schedules and reports.
  • Liaise with the ad operations team to ensure campaign set-up, website tagging, ad serving, etc.
  • Coordinate and attend learning sessions with key media partners.
  • Develop proficiency with necessary media research tools, systems, and software.
  • Support the team on various client related projects as required.
  • Proactively develop knowledge of the digital media landscape.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Post-secondary education – University graduate and/or advertising/marketing College degree preferred.
  • Understanding of digital advertising concepts and terms an asset.
