Digital Media Buyer

 Position Summary

Reporting to the manager of investments, the Investment specialist is responsible for managing and executing client’s media buys in digital specifically. The Specialist works closely with the rest of the media team to understand campaign briefs, work with vendor partners to recommend a plan, and ensure the media is secured and ready to be billed to the client.

Job Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the media planning team address technical concerns, timing, and campaign expectations.
  • Proactively advise the team of any variations to execution of media plans
  • Dashboard maintenance.
  • Pacing / Reporting (execution).
  • Assist planning with campaign execution.
  • Work with media partners to ensure all relevant information is received to accurately maintain media buys.

  • Strong organizational skills and project management; keeping multiple buys on track, structuring and executing work.
  • Deadline focused.
  • Proactive problem solving/anticipating client/team needs​
